Hydraulic power tongs working principle

The working principle of hydraulic power tongs is to transfer the power of the well dressing machine to the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic power tongs through the stroke reducer, and then through two stages or one stage of deceleration, so as to make the tongs open gear rotate, generating two kinds of rotational speeds, so as to drive the rotation of the tubing (drilling tools). When the open gear rotates, its plate frame does not rotate first under the braking effect of the brake hammer, so that there is a relative motion between the open gear and the palate plate frame. In this way, the two rollers of the palate plate will climb on the slope plate and force the jaw teeth on the crotch plate to move toward the center of the pipe tool (drilling tool) until they bite the pipe tool (drilling tool), and then drive the pipe tool (drilling tool) to rotate together with the opening gear.
