AQSIQ: 63 batches of drilling suspension tool products were all qualified

On January 15, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine conducted a total of 63 batches of 42 enterprises in 8 provinces including Liaoning, Jilin, Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu. The spot checks are based on GB/T19190-2013 "Oil and Gas Industry Drilling and Production Lifting Equipment", SY/T5074-2012 "Drilling and Workover Power Clamps, Clamps", SY/T5049-2016 "Drilling and Workover Kava" and other standards. Requirements, the length of the pair of rings for the drilling suspension tool products, the verification test of the lifting ring load, the non-destructive testing of the surface of the lifting ring, the size of the lifting ring and the large hook and the elevator, the verification test of the elevator load, the non-destructive testing of the surface of the elevator, the elevator and Ring size, tongs fastening performance test, tongs factory load test, power tongs clamping test, power tongs hydraulic system seal test, power tongs noise, contact performance test, factory load test, pneumatic (hydraulic) pipeline leak test, Sixteen items, such as the cylinder (cylinder) load performance test, were inspected.

 

After inspection, all 63 batches of drilling suspension tools tested in this random inspection met the requirements of the standard.
