Details

TQ series Casing Tong is a hydraulic power equipment which can be used for making up or breaking out tubing screw
thread when installing the tubing in the oil field work. They adopts advanced tubing clamping technology, transmission
system and safe controlling system, and is able to perform safe and effective clamping and making-up and breaking-out
of tubing of different given specifications.

*It has greatly reduced the labor of worker, improve the threaded connection quality of casing string, and reduce accidents caused by improper casing operation.

Features:

 Advanced safeguard system, The input oil from the hydraulic system can be cut off automatically when operator opens the door, tong stops running immediately to guarantee operator’s personal safety.

 Entering and exiting the working position is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which is fast and convenient.

 Out big ring transmission and multi-roller supporting, strength and stiffness of tongs is increased substantially.

 The swing double jaw tong head adopts precision casting, which has beautiful appearance, high strength and convenient
disassembly. The best cutting diameter ratio design ensures reliable clamping and easy slope retreat.

 Belt braking mode, large braking torque, simple operation, easy maintenance and replacement.

 With hydraulic torque indicator and installation interface of torque gauge, it can equip model NKY torque control recorder, so as to realize the computer management.
