YNJ200/15 model hydraulic makeup and breakout unit is a kind of thread connecting piece and disassembling machine. It is mainly used to make up or break out the columned thread connection pieces such as the casing coupling, tubing coupling, oil-well pump coupling, packer joint and downhole tool.
Hydraulic system drove the master tong and the clamping tong, then operate the reversing valve. The master tong and clamping tong can clamp or loose the tube body synchronously.
The master tong and the clamping tong is adopted by four planets claw two-way string clamping device and can clamp or disassemble different specifications of tube body.
The clamping tong is equipped with hydraulic walk institution, it can adjust the distance between the master tong and clamping tong at random, and can remove with pipe column when it is disassembled.
It can equipped with NKY model computerized torque automatic control recorder, so as to realize the computer management.
